Services are provided to individuals (families) with intellectual or psychosocial disabilities who have declared their place of residence in Vilnius City Municipality (hereinafter – the Municipality) or who are included in the Municipality’s register of persons who have not declared their place of residence.

First, you need to contact the social worker serving the eldership of your place of residence and submit an application for social services together with an identity document and a medical certificate and, if necessary, additional documents (e.g. documents concerning guardianship or legal incapacity).
After the need for services has been assessed and the required documents have been submitted, the Municipality makes a decision and issues a referral.
