If you wish to receive long-term, short-term or day social care services, accommodation services in an independent living home, or social skills development, maintenance and/or restoration services at the budgetary institution Valakampiai Social Services Home, you must contact the social workers of the Social Work Department of the Social Services Centre, who serve residents according to their place of residence in the elderships (staff contact details: https://www.spcentras.lt/struktura-ir-kontaktai/). You will need to complete the “Application for Social Services” (Form SP-8).

If you wish to receive social workshop services at the budgetary institution Valakampiai Social Services Home, you must contact the Head of the Social Workshop, Aušra Ravaitienė, by phone at +370 664 02882, by email at ausra.ravaitiene@vspn.lt, or visit us at Savanorių pr. 169, Vilnius. You will need to complete the “Application for Social Services” (Form SP-8).

The social worker at the eldership will complete and prepare the necessary documents confirming that this particular service is required by you or your relative (ward). The social worker at the eldership will submit the documents to the Social Welfare Division of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration, which will issue a referral to Valakampiai Social Services Home. The prospective service recipient’s file will be forwarded to the administration of Valakampiai Social Services Home. You will be informed in writing of the decision regarding the provision of social services.

This procedure usually takes approximately one month.
