• The building at Rukeliškių St. 44 accommodates 11 persons with intellectual and multiple disabilities.
• The building at Rukeliškių St. 40 accommodates 14 persons with intellectual and multiple disabilities (8 of whom have severe disabilities).
• The Specialized Nursing and Social Care Department at Rukeliškių St. 40 accommodates 10 persons with severe intellectual and multiple disabilities.
• The Specialized Nursing and Social Care Home at A. Kojelavičiaus St. 129 accommodates 22 persons with severe intellectual and multiple disabilities.
• The Group Living Home at Tunelio St. 8 accommodates 10 persons with intellectual disabilities.

During the day, residents participate in activities organized at day centres: the budgetary institution Šviesa Day Centre, the Markučiai Day Activity Centre, and the Mes Esame Day Centre. During their leisure time, residents are accompanied by staff on walks and visits to the theatre and cinema. Excursions, outings, and birthday celebrations are also organized.
