The budgetary institution Valakampiai Social Services Home announces the sale of a bus at a public auction. The auction will be conducted electronically via the website [http://www.evarzytynes.lt/](http://www.evarzytynes.lt/).
Information about the property for sale:
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, registration No. HZL763, 2009-01-01, diesel, colour – white. The bus body is heavily affected by corrosion. The engine was replaced with a new one at 184,000 km (current mileage: 296,000 km). Maintenance work has been carried out (DPF filter replaced; starter and alternator are new). The rear axle does not make any unusual noise; the centre support bearing and driveshaft do not cause vibrations. The vehicle is registered with the State Enterprise “Regitra”. The technical inspection has expired. The starting sale price is EUR 6,040.00. The auction number in the electronic auction information system is 292184. No third parties have any rights to the property being sold.

The minimum required number of participants in each auction is 2.
The minimum bid increment is EUR 60.00.

Security deposits will be refunded within 10 working days after the end of the auction to persons who did not win the auction or were not registered as auction participants.
The participant’s security deposit must be paid in a single bank transfer to the account of Valakampiai Social Services Home (legal entity code – 190998090, registered office address – Rukeliškių St. 44, Vilnius), account No. LT26 4010 0424 0395 2660, AB Luminor Bank, bank code 40100. The payment purpose must indicate: participant’s security deposit for the bus (bus model) auction (auction No.), participant’s first name and surname.

Payment for the purchased property must be made in accordance with the issued invoice within 3 working days after the end of the auction by bank transfer to the account of Valakampiai Social Services Home, account No. LT26 4010 0424 0395 2660, AB Luminor Bank, bank code 40100, bank code 40400, indicating the payment purpose – payment for the bus (bus model) purchased at auction (auction No.).
Title to the purchased property shall be acquired only after full payment has been made. The purchaser must collect and remove the purchased property at their own expense no later than within 10 days. The auction organiser assumes no responsibility for the quality of the purchased property and will not accept any claims.
