We sincerely thank Eidivalda Meškienė, Chief Prosecutor of the Public Interest Protection Division of the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Prosecutor Jūratė Jankauskaitė, and Assistant Prosecutor Asta Kazlauskienė for visiting our institution on 26 November and presenting the work of public interest protection prosecutors to our staff and residents. It is important for all of us to understand when we can turn to public interest protection prosecutors, what their areas of responsibility are, and what role they play in safeguarding the interests and rights of people with disabilities.
