On September 2, 2022, employees providing long-term social care were invited to reflect on the institution’s values and create a collage of their contributions by answering the question: “How did I contribute to putting the institution’s values into practice in 2022?”
We would like to thank all employees who shared the activities through which they contributed / continue to contribute to upholding the institution’s core values in 2022: respect for human dignity and rights, person-centredness, empowerment, openness, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
Values are one of the most important areas of a social worker’s professional competence. Since social workers work with the most vulnerable members of society, it is particularly important that they pay sufficient attention to professional values and demonstrate exemplary personal and professional conduct.
