UNEXPECTED GIFT FROM DANSU, UAB – CREATIVE WORKSHOPS BY ARTOTEKA, VŠĮ

In the first week of August, we received a pleasant surprise – free creative workshops for the residents of our institution. The gift was provided by UAB “Dansu”, which funded the activities, while our long-standing partner, VšĮ “Artoteka”, organised interesting and engaging activities and brought together a large group of volunteers.

We made bowls from coffee grounds, created clocks, jewellery and lanterns, and painted on canvas. During the activities, the volunteers provided invaluable support to our staff by giving individual attention to each resident, showing care and genuine interest, and assisting our day activity specialists in their work. We are delighted to have you with us.

The residents of our institution were very grateful and gave highly positive feedback about the creative workshops.

Jefrosinija: “I like Artoteka. We made beautiful pendants and paintings. I would like them to come again.”
Kristina: “I really enjoyed it and I feel very good. I liked making clocks, jewellery, paintings and lanterns. I would like Margarita and all the volunteers to come again. I gave them collages and candles as gifts from our team.”
Virgilija: “I feel good. The volunteers are very nice.”
Danguolė: “I really enjoyed the activities. I especially liked making bowls, a clock and jewellery. Everything was great. The volunteers were very kind.”

We would like to thank UAB “Dansu” for their generosity and the wonderful surprise, and VšĮ “Artoteka” for their amazing volunteers, creative workshops, and tireless desire to share and do good.
